• Exclusions: Natural variations in grain/color, exposure to moisture, termites due to improper storage, or damage caused by misuse.

2. Upholstery (Fabric, Leather, Bouclé, etc.)

• Coverage: Stitching defects, tearing at seams, and premature fabric deterioration under normal indoor use.

• Duration: 18 months from delivery.

• Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, color fading due to sunlight, pilling, stains, or damage caused by cleaning agents/liquids.

3. Cushions & Foam

• Coverage: Loss of shape or resilience beyond normal softening.

• Duration: 12 months from delivery.

• Exclusions: Flattening due to heavy usage, sagging from improper care, or natural softening over time.

4. Surface Finishes (PU, Veneer, Polish, Stains, etc.)

• Coverage: Peeling, bubbling, or detachment due to faulty application.

• Duration: 24 months from delivery.

• Exclusions: Scratches, burns, stains, discoloration from sunlight/moisture/cleaners, or wear from everyday use.

5. Hardware & Mechanisms

• Coverage: Hinges, sliders, hydraulic lifts, recliner systems, and locks against manufacturing defects and functional issues.

• Duration: 12 months from delivery (As per brand)

• Exclusions: Rusting due to humidity, mishandling, or tampering with hardware.

6. Glass, Stone, Metal & Accessories

• Coverage: Manufacturing defects or faulty installation.

• Duration: 12 months from delivery.

• Exclusions: Breakage, chipping, scratches, or discoloration due to mishandling, improper cleaning, or accidental damage.
