SHIPPING CARRIER

Beyond Dreams ships domestic orders through reputed logistics partners like Blue Dart and Delhivery & Safe Express. However, certain partner suppliers may use alternative shipping methods when required.

International orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

• Tracking details and carrier information will be shared with you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.


 

SHIPPING RATES

INDIA: We offer free shipping across India. Displayed prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties.

INTERNATIONAL: Shipping costs vary depending on the product, destination, and delivery mode. The final shipping cost will be shared within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

SHIPPING TIME

• Lead times vary by product — some are ready to ship, while others are made to order. Refer to the product details for specific timelines.

• Items in stock are usually processed within 7-9 business days.

• Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7–10 working days.


 

 

TAXES & CUSTOM DUTIES

For Indian Customers:

• All displayed prices are inclusive of taxes and duties.

For International Customers:

• Duties and taxes for international orders are borne by the recipient and must be paid directly to the respective authorities.

• Cross-border orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

SHIPPING CHARGES & ADDITIONAL FEES

• Shipping costs vary based on product dimensions, destination, and fragility.

• While most charges are included upfront, special handling or oversized items may attract additional fees.

• For a transportation quote, please share your address and PIN code at contact@beyonddreams.store. We aim to respond within 24 working hours.


 

INSURANCE

Beyond Dreams insures every purchase during transit until delivery.

• A signature is required upon delivery, after which responsibility transfers to the customer.

• We request that you record an unboxing video within 24–48 hours of receipt.

• If packaging appears tampered or damaged, please do not accept the package.

• For gifts or alternate recipients, their signature will be considered proof of delivery.


 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Order fulfilment time is calculated after confirmation.

• Estimated delivery times begin from the dispatch date and are subject to customs or courier delays.

• Orders cannot be redirected once shipped.

• All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.


 

RETURNS

• Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.

• Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging (domestic orders only).

No returns or refunds for international shipments.

Discounted or custom-made items are not eligible for return.

• Return requests must be initiated within 24–48 hours of delivery.


 

CANCELLATION

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

• “Made to Order” items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

• The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer (unless the product is defective).

• An unboxing video is required within 24–48 hours for any claim.


 

INCORRECT / DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

• Please inspect your package upon delivery and record an unboxing video.

• For issues like damages, missing parts, or incorrect items, email us within 24–48 hours with order number, photos, and videos at contact@beyonddreams.store.

• Returned items must be in original packaging.

• We are happy to replace or issue store credit for defective items.


 

RETURNING A GIFT

• If your gift did not meet expectations, contact contact@beyonddreams.store for assistance.

• Store credit is not applicable for returned gifts, but we can facilitate an exchange.


 

REFUNDS

• Refunds are processed once returned goods are received in original condition.

• Refunds are made within 15 working days, excluding shipping and handling costs.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Products purchased under discounts or offers cannot be exchanged or refunded.

No cash refunds — store credit will be issued, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

• Store credits can be used for purchases of equal or higher value.
