Beyond Dreams is a curator and retailer of bespoke furniture, luxury fabrics and tailored design consultancy services based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Our Website enables you to browse and purchase select products and services offered by us.

3. Products, Services & Orders

3.1. We endeavour to display the products and materials as accurately as possible (images, colors, dimensions), but we do not guarantee that your device’s display will reflect actual product colors exactly.

3.2. Descriptions of products, availability, pricing, and shipping details are subject to change without notice.

3.3. Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the product(s) in the order. We may accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion (for example: out of stock, error in pricing, inability to deliver to your location).

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

5.1. We ship within India and to locations specified on the Website. Shipping costs, estimated delivery times and other conditions are as detailed in our Shipping Policy.

5.2. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when we deliver the product to the carrier for forwarding to you (or, if we deliver directly, when you or your nominated person take possession).

5.3. If you fail to take delivery of the items when scheduled or fail to provide correct delivery instructions, additional charges or cancellation may apply.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

6.1. Because we deal in bespoke furniture, tailor-made fabrics and premium products, each order may be made specifically for you or may be non-stock. Accordingly, returns, refunds and cancellations are subject to the specific policy set out in our Shipping Policy or communicated to you at purchase.

6.2. If an item is faulty, missing or damaged on arrival, you must notify us promptly in accordance with our Returns Policy and provide reasonable evidence (photos, etc.). We will then decide whether to repair, replace or refund the item.

6.3. If you cancel an order after acceptance and manufacturing has begun or the product is customised, cancellation may not be possible or may attract cancellation charges.
